The following positions are available:
Java Developer
We are seeking highly motivated, razor smart passionate software developers. You should feel very comfortable across Java and related technologies. You would be involved in software design, infrastructure and architecture design, scalability, adding new functionality and, of course, writing code. You would be tasked specifically with working on our website (Apache Wicket based), as well as supporting back-end functionality, matching engine/algorithms, and other projects. We run a full open source stack focusing mainly on Java/J2EE, CentOS, MySQL, JBoss, Hibernate, EJB3, Terracotta, Ehcache, ActiveMQ, Tomcat and Apache.
Applicants should have:

- + Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- + Experience with mobile is a plus.

Product Manager
We are seeking an experienced product manager whose responsibilities will include:
- + Product ownership of web and mobile sites and downloadable applications. Mandate to build a product team.
- + The full gamut of product management, including product strategy, design, specifications, and interface with technology team in execution.
- + Responsibility for service KPIs measuring engagement and retention.
- + Chief consumer advocate, leveraging formal consumer research, customer service feedback and other channels to continually optimize customer experience.
- + Key stakeholder in customer service oversight and community management.
The candidate should already be well-versed in the job functionality and have background in the specified skill areas. Be prepared at an interview to describe experience with product management.
- + 5 to 10 years of applicable experience desired.
- + Excellent oral communication, written communication and analytical skills.
- + Detail oriented, self-starter with excellent understanding of the Internet and the mobile Web.
- + Strong understanding of Web site design; Web user experiences; and different Internet-based business models.
- + Self-motivated, resourceful and able to work independently.
